Questions about industrial coatings
-
Do you prepare the concrete first?
Always. Every system starts with mechanical surface preparation: diamond grinding with industrial equipment and dust collection, crack and spall repair, and cleaning, so the coating bonds to the concrete.
How preparation works -
Is the estimate in writing?
Yes. You get a clear scope and price in writing before any work begins.
-
Do you visit the site before quoting?
Yes. We look at the space, talk through how it is used and then send a written estimate.
Start with a written estimate.
