What we look at during the site visit.

  1. How the space is used and how often it is cleaned

  2. When the space can be closed for the work

  3. The finish that fits both the use and the look

We look at the space, talk through how it is used and send a written estimate.

Surface preparation & quality control.

Moisture, alkalinity and hardness testing, ground surfaces checked to the applicable ICRI profile guidance, and coating work applied to specification with experienced oversight.

Where the concrete calls for it, preparation also covers edge rounding and edge grinding, stem-wall cleaning, cutting lines for film retention and crack and joint treatment.
