Start with the space.

-

-
Industrial coatings
Warehouses, plants and maintenance bays

The six finishes.
-
Flake Textured, forgiving and easy to clean Colored flakes set into the coating give a speckled, textured floor that is forgiving day to day and easy to clean.
-
Metallic Depth and movement, every floor unique Decorative metallic finishes with depth and movement. The pattern forms on site, so no two floors look the same.
-
Quartz Fine grain with extra grip Fine-grain quartz in the coating for a speckled finish with extra grip underfoot.
-
Cement Urethane Built for wet, hot and busy spaces A coating system built for wet, hot and busy spaces.
-
Solid Colors One clean, uniform color One clean, uniform color across the whole floor.
-
Stains Color that soaks into the concrete Color that soaks into the concrete itself rather than sitting on top as a coating.
A system, not a seventh finish
Grinding & Seal, as a system.
Not a coating on top of the slab: the concrete is ground to a sound surface and sealed, so the floor still reads as concrete.
Which finish for which space.
A first guide. We confirm the right system at the site visit, after seeing the slab and how the space is used.

Ask us at the site visit
Every floor starts with preparation.
Diamond grinding with industrial equipment and dust collection, plus crack and spall repair, before any coating goes down. A coating is only as good as the slab under it. That is why every KS floor starts with preparation, not paint.
Moisture, alkalinity and hardness testing, ground surfaces checked to the applicable ICRI profile guidance, and coating work applied to specification with experienced oversight.
