Quotes and site visits.

  • How do I get a quote?

Send the form on our contact page or call us. Tell us the type of space, its approximate size and anything we should know. We follow up to schedule a site visit.

    Request a Quote
  • What should I include in my request?

The type of space, its approximate size and anything we should know, such as cracks in the concrete or an existing coating. Photos help if you have them when we call.

  • Do you visit the site before quoting?

Yes. We look at the space, talk through how it is used and then send a written estimate.

  • Is the estimate in writing?

Yes. You get a clear scope and price in writing before any work begins.

Preparation and installation.

  • What kinds of spaces do you work on?

Home garages; commercial spaces such as kitchens, retail, restrooms, offices and showrooms; and industrial facilities such as warehouses, plants and maintenance bays.

  • Do you prepare the concrete first?

Always. Every system starts with mechanical surface preparation: diamond grinding with industrial equipment and dust collection, crack and spall repair, and cleaning, so the coating bonds to the concrete.

    How preparation works
  • Do you test the concrete before coating?

Where the project needs it, yes. Moisture, alkalinity (pH) and hardness testing are selected to fit the substrate and the system we are recommending, and ground surfaces are checked against the applicable surface-profile guidance.

  • Do you repair cracks before coating?

Yes. Crack and spall repair is part of preparation, along with diamond grinding and cleaning.

  • What does the installation involve?

Primer, body coats and finish are applied in sequence, with cure times respected. At the end we walk the floor together and leave care instructions.

Finishes and systems.

  • Which finishes do you install?

Flake, Metallic, Quartz, Cement Urethane, Solid Colors and Stains. Grinding & Seal is offered alongside them as a system when you want the concrete itself to stay visible. The right choice depends on how the space is used and the look you want.

  • What is Grinding & Seal?

A system rather than a coating: the slab is diamond-ground to sound concrete and then sealed, so the floor still reads as concrete while the sealed surface is simpler to keep clean than raw concrete.

  • Which finish is best for a garage?

Flake and solid colors are the two systems we offer for home garages. Flake is more forgiving day to day; solid color gives one clean, uniform look.

  • Can I see samples before choosing?

Yes. We bring samples to the site visit.

  • Where does a metallic floor work best?

In spaces where the floor is part of the design: homes and living areas, lobbies, retail and showrooms.
