  1. The condition of the slab: cracks, spalls and damage

  2. How you use the garage day to day

  3. The look you want, with samples on site

We look at the space, talk through how it is used and send a written estimate.

Surface preparation & quality control.

Moisture, alkalinity and hardness testing, ground surfaces checked to the applicable ICRI profile guidance, and coating work applied to specification with experienced oversight.

Where the concrete calls for it, preparation also covers edge rounding and edge grinding, stem-wall cleaning, cutting lines for film retention and crack and joint treatment.
